Private Dentist - Portman Dentex

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Private Dentist to join our team at Portman Dentex, York.

Under new management, we are a well‑established local family practice. Our surgeries are smart and well equipped, and we have an experienced support team that enables our clinicians to focus on patients, dentistry and delivering the best possible outcomes.

  Available immediately or a later start can also be accommodated.
• Days and hours:
  Two days a week – Mondays and Wednesdays.
• Experienced clinician required.
• Specialties:
  Implants, oral surgery, sedation, Invisalign and cosmetic dentistry.
• Excellent earning opportunity.
• GDC registration required.

• Three‑surgery practice.

• Dental degree (BDS or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Current registration with the General Dental Council (GDC).
• Strong clinical skills and experience in performing various dental procedures.
• Excellent patient care and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using dental equipment and technologies.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate patient records.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of current dental practices, technologies and industry standards.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on dental advancements.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• Empathetic and patient‑focused approach to dental care.
• Previous experience as an Associate Dentist is preferred but not required.
