Our client is seeking a proactive, technically competent Registered Building Inspector to contribute to their continued growth and uphold the high standards they are known for.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with Building Regulations and associated legislation

* Review drawings, structural calculations, and technical documentation for building control approval

* Provide clear, practical technical advice to clients, contractors, and design professionals

* Maintain accurate inspection notes, compliance reports, and associated documentation

* Manage a diverse caseload including residential, commercial, and mixed‑use developments

* Build strong professional relationships with clients and project stakeholders

* Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, regulation-compliant services

About You

* Registered Building Inspector (Class 2A or above)

* Strong understanding of Building Regulations, technical standards, and inspection processes

* Confident in delivering technical guidance and carrying out detailed site assessments

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing your own workload

* Full UK driving licence
