• Lead your restaurant’s success as the General Manager.
• Lead your Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
• Ensure strong hiring, training, and retention to reach sales and profit goals.
• Ensure the restaurant delivers top results.

• At least one year of experience as a general manager within restaurant or retail.
• Inspiring and proven track record of exceptional customer service; uphold Company Core Values.
• Humble and ready to learn; able to jump in and help your team and lead them to the next level.

• Competitive salary up to $60,000 annually (based on experience).
