Security Officer Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a retail and mall location;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout sales floors, common areas, back-of-house corridors, receiving areas, parking lots, and exterior perimeters, with working conditions varying by location;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disputes, medical situations, suspicious activity, and fire and/or alarm activations;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help deter theft and/or disruptive behavior, and assist with loss prevention support and customer de-escalation as directed by site policy;
Document and report hazards, unusual activity, and incident details to site leadership and Allied Universal management, and coordinate with local law enforcement and/or emergency services when appropriate
