Provide customer service to guests, staff, vendors, and/or contractors while following site-specific security-related procedures and access requirements at a cultural institution location.;
Control entry and exit points by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and directing authorized individuals to appropriate areas.;
Monitor cameras, alarms, and/or access control systems and report irregular activity, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns per post orders.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying site leadership and/or emergency responders as required.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of public areas, galleries, back-of-house spaces, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
