** Rotational Program.
** This unique program gives new nurses the chance to explore multiple medical-surgical specialities before selecting their permanent unit-all while receiving exceptional support and mentorship.
Rotate through areas such as Cardiac Telemetry, Pulmonary Telemetry, Ortho/Trauma/Neuro Telemetry, IMCU, Surgical Telemetry, Oncology, Dialysis, Observation, and Medical Telemetry-gaining hands-on experience, building strong clinical skills, and discovering the speciality that's the perfect fit for your future!
During the rotational period, you will work both Day (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) and Night (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) shifts, with most shifts scheduled on Days to support learning and exposure across units. After you select your permanent unit, the below shift schedule will typically apply. Some participating units may also hire for Rotating Day/Night shifts, however, this option is not guaranteed and is dependent on unit staffing needs during your time of placement in the program.

7pm - 7am
Every 3rd Weekend and a Holiday Rotation Required based on Unit selected
Sign-On Bonus Eligible

* Provides professional nursing care at the beginner practitioner level within an assigned unit according to established procedures, protocols and regulations. Coordinates care planning with other disciplines. May require specialized skills depending on unit assignment.

* + Provides and coordinates direct care in accordance with the principles of patient and family-centered care based on the nursing process and according to the clinical standards of the hospital. Acts as a primary nurse for patients on the unit. Synthesizes patient data to develop outcome-driven plans.
+ Safely and independently administers prescribed treatments, medications, and nursing interventions based on assessment and plan of care.
+ Appropriately organizes and prioritizes time based on patient condition and expected workload. Identifies changes in patients' status and acts accordingly. Knows and can activate resources to achieve outcomes for patients.
+ Identifies and communicates individualized patient needs for safe handoffs during transitions of care. Collaborates with patient/family in care planning with all disciplines.
+ Appropriately and correctly documents the patient response to interventions and progress toward outcomes. Identifies and documents variances.
