Point Healthcare Staffing is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team and support residents in local nursing homes and long-term care facilities in the York, PA area. This role focuses on providing quality daily care while maintaining dignity, comfort, and safety for residents.

Job Summary

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides essential daily care and support to residents by assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring basic health needs, and promoting comfort, dignity, and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with personal care and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents

• Take and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff

• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and comfort needs

• Help maintain a safe, clean, and supportive care environment

• Follow care plans and facility protocols

​Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania CNA certification

• BLS/CPR preferred (not required but encouraged)

• At least 6 months of long-term care experience preferred

• Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered approach to care

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
