Job Details:

• Minimum 3 years of operating room experience required

• Must have trauma experience (Level I trauma preferred, Level II required with >1 year experience)

• Previous travel experience required

• Must have experience with Da Vinci Xi robot and bonus points for DV5 Da Vinci robot familiarity

• Must be proficient in robotic general, gynecology, thoracic, and urology specialties

• Ability to both scrub and circulate preferred

• Must function independently in all specialties: robotics, orthopedics, general, GYN, urology, bariatrics, ENT, plastics, vascular, thoracic (excluding cardiac and open heart), and trauma

• Call requirements: 2-3 calls within a 6-week matrix with 30-minute response time required

• Weekend coverage: 3-4 weekend shifts within a 6-week matrix (can be days, evenings, or nights)

• Holiday coverage as needed (may be day, evening, or night shift)

• Floating required as needed

• Patient ratio of 1:1

• Care for patients of all age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics

• Work in 18-room operating suite with daily census of 50-60 cases

• Required certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC only)

• Epic charting system experience heavily preferred

• Maximum RTO of 7 days per contract

• Clean nursing license required (no license hits accepted)

• Pre-start modules required (5-6 hours, billable)

• Tobacco and fragrance-free facility
