Braze copper to copper, copper to brass, copper to steel, and brass to brass to fabricate header bodies, distributors, and coil assemblies.;
Test coil assemblies to ensure there are no leaks.;
Evacuate DX coils and charge with nitrogen.;
Obtain appropriate paperwork or drawings for each coil/header.;
Position header parts in jigs or fixtures on table and clamp parts together.
