Job Details

In this role, you'll be more than just a "fixer." You'll be a critical problem-solver, innovator, and team player. Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing spare parts and inventory in Oracle, including monthly audits and tracking.
• Troubleshooting and repairing a variety of industrial, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Leading root cause analysis (RCA) and developing solutions to prevent future breakdowns.
• Coordinating with outside vendors and contractors to complete scheduled and emergency work.
• Building and executing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Supporting safety programs, EHS documentation, and compliance initiatives.
• Participating in lean/continuous improvement projects that drive cost savings and efficiency.
• Helping maintain a clean, organized (5S) facility and supporting general plant upkeep.

What You Bring
We're looking for a self-motivated, dependable technician who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have:

• A high school diploma and at least 4 years of experience in industrial maintenance (technical schooling is a plus).
• Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, pneumatics, plumbing, welding, and packaging equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.
• A team-oriented attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed to keep operations on track.

Working Environment

• Fast-paced manufacturing facility with exposure to varying conditions (outdoors, heights, ambient temperatures).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and safely navigate multiple staircases.
• 40 hours/week with overtime opportunities.
