• Build reporting frameworks and narratives that drive strategic decisions across all departments
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ensure clean, accurate, and reliable metrics and reports
• Analyze cross-selling patterns to formulate new strategies for financial success
• Create actionable insights from assessment events data to improve student learning outcomes
• Develop and maintain dashboards using Looker or Tableau to support various teams in optimizing customer relationships

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a data analyst or related role
• Proficiency in advanced Structured Query Language (SQL) and experience with dbt data models
• 5+ years of experience using Python for data analysis tasks
• Strong communication skills, especially with non-technical partners

• Experience working with large-scale datasets, statistical analysis, or A/B testing
• Background in education or edtech, particularly in areas with significant privacy, security, and compliance requirements
