Business Systems Analyst

• Salary range of $90,000 - $100,000

• Collaborate with operational teams to define and prioritize product vision and strategy for ERP and CRM functions
• Facilitate communication across departments to identify changes impacting financial transactions and reporting
• Acquire and document requirements for system improvements in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage the release and deployment of system changes
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ERP and CRM system configurations

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology or a business‑related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role
• Experience with operations, manufacturing, and vendor management
• Strong research, analysis, and problem‑solving skills
• Proven ability to communicate technical information to non‑technical teams effectively

• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Netsuite
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Netsuite, or Workday
• Six Sigma, Lean, PMP, or comparable certifications
• Experience working with Agile methodologies
• Background in the K‑12 education industry
