- Prepare and disclose revised Loan Estimates as necessary throughout the loan process
- Review daily reports to determine loans requiring re-disclosures
- Compare, analyze, and issue Loan Estimate documents while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Monitor email requests for change circumstances and create tasks as necessary
- Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities which may change over time
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1+ years of mortgage operations experience (processing, underwriting, and/or closing)
- Knowledge of current CFPB and RESPA requirements for Mortgage disclosures
- Proficiency in MS Windows and Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong math and analytical skills, with the ability to organize and track large volumes of borrower documentation
- Experience in a similar mortgage operations role
- Familiarity with RESPA and general mortgage/consumer lending regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High integrity and trustworthiness, with skill in identifying potential red flags in borrower profiles
