• Design, develop, and maintain telecom applications, focusing on Genesys Cloud UCaaS and CCaaS, VoIP, chat, email, and data services
• Optimize network performance, reliability, and security
• Collaborate with network engineers, architects, and other teams to ensure effective data exchange
• Troubleshoot issues and maintain smooth operation of systems
• Document technical specifications, network diagrams, and system processes

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 2+ years of programming experience in modern programming languages including JavaScript, Java, and Swift
• Strong knowledge of telecom standards and networking frameworks
• Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with Agile, Dev Ops, and Cloud computing concepts
• Knowledge of automated testing strategies, including Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Familiarity with middleware such as Snap Logic and RESTful services
• Experience in developing Cloud deployable applications
• Understanding of load and performance testing methodologies
