Job Duties

  • Oversee the patient's diagnosis and treatment of occupational or motor vehicle injuries.
  • Prepare patients for return to work after illness or injury
  • Diagnose and treat neurological disorders in patients of all ages, with a focus on adults who have been involved in motor vehicle accidents.
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical history review and physical examinations
  • Ordering and interpretation of MRI's in addition to other diagnostic studies
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
  • Prescribe medications and monitor their effectiveness and potential side effects
  • Provide counseling and education to patients and their families regarding their condition and treatment options
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
  • Uphold the company's mission to provide exceptional patient care and leads in a way that aligns with the company's ESG goals
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • MD/DO from an accredited educational institution
  • Board certified in Neurology
  • Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Pennsylvania
  • Favorable malpractice history
  • Basic Life Support/Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
  • DEA license

  • Experience treating TBI and post-concussive disorder
  • Ability to effectively interact with doctors, patients, and co-workers
  • Tact and skill in patient management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to mentor and supervise staff
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Medicine - Knowledge of the information and techniques needed to diagnose and treat human injuries, diseases, and deformities. This includes symptoms, treatment alternatives, drug properties and interactions, and preventive health-care measures
