Job Description

The role involves coordinating and supervising daily construction activities while contributing to the project schedule and budget. The ideal candidate will conduct regular field site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project plans, collaborate with stakeholders, and adjust project progress to ensure timely completion.

Responsibilities

+ Coordinate and supervise daily construction activities.

+ Provide inputs to the project schedule and budget.

+ Conduct regular field site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project plans and specifications.

+ Collaborate with stakeholders and the project team to ensure project specifications are met.

+ Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments for timely completion.

+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

+ Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.

+ Provide leadership and guidance to site supervisors, project team, and sub/general contractors.

+ Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, including project team members and management.

Essential Skills

+ Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.

+ Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.

+ Proficient in project management software and tools.

+ Highly proficient in PC applications and MS Office Suite.

+ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

+ Ability to communicate critical information clearly and work effectively in a team environment.

+ Ability to travel when needed.

Work Environment

This position may require travel to various construction sites. The role involves working in a team-oriented environment and requires effective use of project management software and tools, along with the MS Office Suite of applications.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of York, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $47.00/hr.
