This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in Jordan, PA. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, managing accounts, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks include developing and executing account strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing client requests, coordinating with internal teams to ensure project delivery, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills to meet and exceed client expectations.

• Expertise in account management, client relationship management, and sales strategies
• Experience in project coordination, problem-solving, and managing multi-stakeholder collaborations
• Proficiency in negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication
• Understanding of ICT, telecom, or digital infrastructure industries is a significant advantage
• Proven ability to analyze and adjust strategies to meet business objectives
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Familiarity with Smart City, Cybersecurity, or Telecom Systems is preferred
