As a Night Shift Maintenance Technician at Klute, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our equipment, machinery, and facilities stay in top working condition - even after the day shift clocks out. Working on the night shift
, you'll take the lead on routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs that keep our operations running safely and smoothly.

• Review job orders to determine work priorities
• Schedule repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous production operations
• Perform preventive maintenance in conjunction with operations
• Follow specifications, blueprints, manuals, and schematic drawings while installing or repairing equipment
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while performing maintenance tasks
• Maintain and update maintenance logs and records for compliance and auditing purposes
• Use hand tools, power tools, hoist, crane, and measuring and testing instruments
• Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment
• Dismantle defective machines and equipment and install new or repaired parts, following specifications and blueprints
• Install or repair automated machinery and equipment
• Set up and operate machine tools, such as lathe, grinder, drill, and milling machine to repair or fabricate machine parts, jigs and fixtures, to make and repair parts
• Operate cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts
• Repair or replace defective parts
• Lubricate and clean parts
• Initiate purchase order for parts and machines
• Conduct routine inspections of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
• Address facility maintenance issues such as leaks, malfunctions, or general wear and tear

• High School Diploma

• Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy industrial manufacturing repair.

• Standing and/or walking 100%
• Occasional lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Requires using hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools or controls
• Ability to view computer monitor
• Occasional alpha/numeric keyboarding
