What You'll Do

You'll use your clinical expertise and compassionate approach to:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care using the nursing process
• Provide hands-on care, including medication administration, IV therapy, hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and other treatments
• Monitor patient progress and revise care plans as needed
• Educate and support patients and significant others (SO) throughout hospitalization and discharge planning
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams during rounds and treatment planning
• Document care accurately through written and electronic records
• Supervise and delegate appropriate tasks to team members based on patient needs and shift demands

What You Need

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active Nebraska RN license
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
• Strong communication skills, flexibility, empathy, and attention to detail
