A property inspection company is seeking independent contractors to perform residential occupancy verifications on behalf of mortgage lenders. Inspectors can earn $30-$40 an hour with flexible scheduling and the ability to work as much or as little as needed. You will complete inspections in your county, often involving just exterior assessments. Must have a smartphone, computer, and reliable vehicle. Knowledge of mortgage field inspections is not required, but time management skills are crucial.
