Speech Language Pathologist

York Hospital is seeking aSpeech Language Pathologist to join our Team!

We are looking for an experienced Speech Language Pathologist. This is a part time position workingas needed between the hours of8am-6:00pm, but may require flexibility with officehours. This will be for inpatient/outpatient as well.

The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for:

• Providingspeechtherapy services to adult patients.
• The Speech Therapist makes an initial evaluation and plans with patient,family and physician for on-going Speech Therapy services.
• Initiates, reviews and implements the Speech Therapy Care Plan  for each patient based on the assessment and prescribed Plan of Care.
• Revises Plan of Care when indicated.
• Initiates appropriate preventative and rehabilitative Speech Therapy procedures.

• Minimum of(1) yearof Speech Language Pathology experience.
• State of Maine SLP License
• Basic Life Support (CPR) Certification
