Swiss CNC Programmer – Kelly Engineering (Yorba Linda, CA)
Location:
Onsite in Yorba Linda, CA
Pay: $32–$42/hr (based on experience)
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM (OT as needed)

Kelly Engineering is hiring a Swiss CNC Programmer for a precision manufacturing facility in Yorba Linda, CA. This is a hands-on job where you’ll program, set up, and run Swiss-style CNC lathes to make high-quality parts. You’ll work independently and be responsible for both programming and production results.
What You’ll Do- Program and set up Swiss CNC lathes (Tornos Deco 10 and/or Citizen).
- Write and edit programs using Part Maker (manual edits when needed).
- Set up tools and machines for new and repeat jobs.
- Check parts for accuracy and make adjustments.
- Troubleshoot machines to keep production on track.
- Work with the team to improve processes and efficiency.
- 3–5 years of CNC programming and setup experience (Swiss-style required).
- Hands-on experience with Tornos Deco 10 or Citizen machines.
- Proficient with Part Maker software or similar software (Experience with CAD/CAM CNC Programming software required (Partmaker, TB Deco, and/or Silvi Expert preferred).
- Able to read blueprints and work independently.
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
- Medical device or precision manufacturing background a plus.
