CNC Programmer III

Akkodis is seeking a CNC Programmer III for a Contract with a client in Yorba Linda, CA. This role requires strong CNC programming expertise to support complex manufacturing demands.

• Develop and optimize advanced CAD/CAM programs to support high precision CNC manufacturing operations.
• Provide technical support for batch setups, including tool selection, tool sourcing, and feasibility assessments.
• Troubleshoot complex machining and equipment issues in collaboration with CNC operators and the maintenance team.
• Train CNC operators on new tooling, program updates, and newly introduced equipment.
• Research and implement new tooling, machining methods, and programming techniques to improve quality and production efficiency.
• Support cycle time reduction efforts, resolve machining quality issues, and assist supervisors and leads in improving overall production performance.

• High school diploma required; technical or trade school training preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a high-precision manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in CAD/CAM CNC programming software (e.g., Partmaker, TB Deco, Silvi Expert).
• Strong troubleshooting skills with proven ability to resolve complex CNC equipment and machining issues.

Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
