Position: Swiss CNC Programmer

Location: Yorba Linda, CA

Type: Contract to Hire

Hourly Rate: $35-$45/hr. based on experience

Join an industry leader in advanced manufacturing! Kelly Engineering is looking for an experienced Swiss CNC Programmer. If you love precision, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to impact complex part manufacturing, we want to meet you.

• Develop and optimize programs for Swiss Style CNC Lathes
• Setup, operate, and troubleshoot CNC equipment
• Create programs from engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models
• Perform equipment maintenance and ensure tight tolerances in production
• Inspect finished parts and ensure all quality standards are met
• Document programs, tooling setups, and procedures
• Train and mentor junior programmers and operators
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams

• High school diploma required (technical/trade school or associate’s in manufacturing preferred)
• 3–5 years of Swiss CNC programming experience
• Skilled in CNC setup, troubleshooting, and machine operation
• Experience with M- and G-code, CAD/CAM CNC software (Partmaker, TB Deco, Silvi Expert a plus)
• Experience in high-volume, high-precision environments (medical device experience preferred)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
