This senior role serves as a subject matter expert in configuration management (CM) per EIA 649, caring for large, complex program initiatives with minimal oversight.

• Manage configuration data across all phases of Program Life Cycle using ERP/MRP, PDM/PLM, and document data management applications.
• Support metric analysis for reporting at program and department levels.
• Read and interpret procedures to meet contractual requirements.
• Create, support, and deliver Command Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) in accordance with contract DTDs, SOW, and SOR.
• Present professionally using MS Office applications.
• Successfully support CM audits.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer‑Aided Design (CAD), Quality, Industrial Technology, Business Management, Information Technology, Contracts Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of six (6) years of experience, or graduate degree with at least four (4) years of related experience.
• At least nine (9) years of experience without a degree.
• Previous experience with Defense Hardware/Software CM management.
• Solid knowledge of MILITARY, DoD, and industry CMDM standards.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and PDF editors.
• Ability to pass a government background check.
• Fast learner and aptitude for computers.

• SME level skill set for administering PDM/PLM and data management applications.
• ECAD/MCAD file management and solid understanding of ASME Y14.100 and Y14.5M‑1994 or later.
• Certification from NDIA or CMII preferred.
• Experience with CostPoint, ERP, PDM, PLM administrative software.
