Overview

The Energy
Data Operations Coordinator plays a cross-functional role supporting ecom-energy’s benchmarking, emissions, sustainability, and energy consulting services. This position is in office and responsible for maintaining high-quality data across the organization through accurate data input, meticulous data management, validation, and structured organization of client and internal datasets in ecom-energy's software systems. The Coordinator supports multi-department data requests, ensuring that all ecom‑energy teams have reliable, consistent, and ready-to-use data for compliance reporting, emissions calculations, benchmarking submissions, and client deliverables.

Skillsets &

Qualifications:

• Attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
• Ability to work with large data sets.
• Experience with spreadsheets, data entry, or data management systems.
• Comfort working with multiple data sets and types of data sets.
• Very strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work across multiple teams.
• Ability to manage time and deadlines.
• Ability to work across a large portfolio of multiple customers and data sets while maintaining efficiency.
