• Assist in planning routes to ensure the most economical use of time and equipment.
• Perform all duties in accordance with appropriate safety and security standards.
• Carry out daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections of your vehicle.
• Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and report all mechanical issues immediately to a supervisor.
• Comply with all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
• Follow all safety policies and use all appropriate safety equipment & PPE.
• Complete and submit necessary daily paperwork.
• Maintain a clean & valid driver’s license.
• Operate the vehicle safely to protect your safety and the safety of the public, in accordance with company policies, procedures and DOT regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor.

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Must be properly licensed to operate the unit type (e.g., CDL B with air brakes) for which you are applying, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Must pass DOT‑mandated drug/alcohol tests.
• Must pass a pre‑employment fit‑for‑duty evaluation.
• Thorough knowledge of local traffic laws and defensive driving techniques.
• Ability to safely operate various types of refuse vehicles.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with employees, supervisors and the general public.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work independently.

• Transportation vehicles:
  Front Load, Rear Load, Side Load, Roll‑off Trucks (Class
  
  B).
• Tractor trailers (Class A license).
• 2‑way radio, tablet and various hand tools.
• Work remotely – No.

Salary: USD $28.00/Hr.
