Membership Advisor

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Membership Advisor at the LA Fitness location in Yonkers, NY. The Membership Advisor will actively engage with potential members, providing detailed information about LA Fitness’ amenities and membership options. Responsibilities include conducting membership sales, assisting new members with registration, providing exceptional customer service, and building relationships with current and prospective clients to foster a welcoming fitness environment.

• Proficiency in Membership Sales and understanding of Membership programs
• Strong Communication skills and ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals
• Excellent Customer Service skills and a commitment to delivering a positive member experience
• Experience in Sales with the ability to identify and meet client needs
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Experience in the fitness or health industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or fitness-related fields is an asset
