As an Assistant Manager, you set the tone for the store and the team, driving profitable sales growth through customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development. Working with the General Manager and/or Assistant General Manager, you will coach leads, experts, and brand associates, ensuring a high‑performing team delivers a best‑in‑class customer experience.

• Support strategies and processes to drive store sales with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Recruit, hire, and develop highly productive brand associate and expert teams.
• Own assigned areas of responsibility.
• Implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.
• Perform Service Leader duties.
• Ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures.
• Represent the brand and understand the competition and retail landscape.
• Promote community involvement.
• Leverage omni‑channel tools to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met.

• A current or former retail employee with 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• A high school graduate or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Passionate about retail and thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
• Results‑driven, motivated by metrics to meet business goals.
• Experienced in leading and inspiring others through coaching and mentoring.
• Flexible to work a schedule that includes holidays, evenings, overnight, and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable using retail technology.
• Capable of moving around the sales floor, stockroom, and office and lifting up to 30 pounds.
• Willing to travel as required.

Hourly range: $19.40 – $26.70 USD. Pay varies based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location, meeting minimum wage or higher as required by local laws.
