Symphony Medical is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our anesthesia team serving patients in the Westchester region, located approximately one hour north of New York City. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, high-quality clinical environment while enjoying the lifestyle and beauty of the Westchester. This position will be in collaboration with the Montefiore Department of Anesthesia.
The CRNA will function as an integral member of the anesthesia care team, providing safe, high-quality anesthetic care across a broad range of surgical and procedural settings. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced anesthesiologists and clinical staff in a patient-centered, team-based model. This role is M-F 7am-5pm, no call.
Position OverviewThe CRNA is responsible for delivering comprehensive anesthetic care to patients undergoing surgical and diagnostic procedures. This includes pre-anesthetic assessment, administration of anesthesia, continuous patient monitoring, and post-anesthesia care. The CRNA maintains vigilant observation of patient responses to anesthetic agents and communicates promptly with the anesthesiologist regarding any changes in patient condition that may impact safety or outcomes.

Role- Provide anesthesia services for a wide variety of patients and procedures.
- Perform preoperative assessments and develop anesthesia care plans.
- Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care as appropriate.
- Continuously monitor patients’ physiological status throughout procedures.
- Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing staff, and perioperative teams.
- Participate in a culture focused on safety, quality improvement, and patient-centered care.
- Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia education program.
- Current, unencumbered New York State Registered Nurse and or APRN license.
- Board certification or eligibility as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist.
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
