DaVita is seeking a full‑time Registered Nurse who will care for patients in an outpatient dialysis center. No dialysis experience is required.

• Training may take place in a facility or a training clinic other than your assigned home clinic.
• Potential to float to various clinics during and after training.
• Flexible schedule: early mornings, evenings and rotating Saturday shifts – 10 to 12‑hour shifts.

• Build meaningful and long‑term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.
• Work as a central part of a small interdisciplinary team of clinicians.
• Deliver care to patients with multiple comorbidities, leveraging a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge.
• Oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs to conduct patient observations, measure statistics and set up machines.
• Work with your head, heart and hands each day in a fast‑paced environment.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited school of nursing required;
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or a three‑year diploma from an accredited program may substitute.
• Optional but helpful experience: ICU, CCU, ER, Med‑Surg;
  Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN).
• Compliance with federal and state requirements for vaccination against COVID‑19, including having a qualified exemption if applicable.

$38 – $52 per hour. Compensation will depend on qualifications, experience and may fall outside of this range. Learn more at
