Title: Pediatric RN Supervisor

Location: Yonkers, NY (Onsite)

Schedule: Mid-Shift, Weekdays - 12:00pm-08:00pm (37.5 Hours Work Week)

Compensation: $80.00 - $90.00/hr

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Supervisor to join our pediatric care team. In this role, you will ensure safe, high-quality, and goal-directed care while supporting both nursing staff and families. You’ll collaborate closely with the Nurse Manager and medical team, fostering a professional, family-centered environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, support, and guide nursing staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
• Supervise and evaluate clinical performance, reporting findings for informed medical decisions.
• Collaborate with physicians during emergent situations.
• Foster a welcoming, supportive atmosphere for residents, families, and staff.
• Ensure policies, procedures, and best practices are consistently followed.
• Promptly address care issues and family concerns, initiating investigations when needed.
• Represent the center professionally, with knowledge, dignity, and integrity.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years pediatric experience.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.
• Experience in pediatric and adolescent chronic and restorative nursing is preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited RN program (B.S.N. or M.S.N. preferred).
• Active RN license in New York.
• BCLS certification required; PALS certification preferred.
• Strong professionalism, flexibility, and effective communication skills.
