Dialysis RN – Infinite Care Consulting Services

The Dialysis Nurse is responsible for planning and delivering nursing care to patients and residents requiring long‑term and rehabilitative care. This position is staffed at Hudson Hill Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing
.

Base pay: $55.00/hr – $59.00/hr (based on experience).

• Work according to the Nurse Practice Act and facility policies.
• Assess, plan, and evaluate nursing care delivered to patients/residents.
• Deliver nursing care to patients/residents requiring long‑term or rehabilitative care.
• Implement the patient/resident plan of care and evaluate response.
• Direct and supervise care provided by other nursing personnel.
• Contribute to formulation and evaluation of standards of care.
• Maintain knowledge of documentation requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment set‑up, maintenance, and use (e.g., monitors, infusion devices, drain devices).
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with patient/resident rights.
• Provide education to patients/residents/families/caregivers as appropriate.
• Conduct self in a professional manner according to unit and facility policies.
• Work rotating shifts, holidays, and weekends as scheduled.

• Graduate of a basic nursing education program.
• At least 1 year of dialysis experience.
• At least 1 year of medical/surgical nursing experience in an acute care or long‑term care setting (acute/critical care preferred).
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state(s) of practice.
• Reliable source of transportation.
