Full Time – Day Shift (07:00 AM-03:00 PM, 75 Hours Biweekly)

Pay Range: $140,000 - $160,000 Per Year

• We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to provide strong clinical and operational leadership for our Medical/Surgical units.
• This role is responsible for overseeing nursing operations, driving quality patient care, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

• Provide clinical and administrative leadership for Med/Surg units on a 24‑hour basis
• Plan, organize, and evaluate daily nursing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality patient care
• Lead, mentor, and supervise nursing staff, including hiring, scheduling, performance management, and professional development
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and streamline care delivery
• Monitor quality metrics and lead performance improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Address staff concerns and promote a positive, supportive work culture
• Manage unit budgets, staffing levels, and resource utilization

• Active New York State RN license (required)
• BSN required;
  Master’s degree in Nursing or a related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of nursing management experience
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg clinical experience
• Proven leadership, communication, and critical‑thinking skills
