Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, configuration, and upgrade conocen Epic applications and components.
• Provide go-live and rollout support
  , ensuring smooth adoption of new systems.
• Partner with clinicians, business users, өте IT teams to analyze workflows, gather requirements, and design optimal solutions

• Translate user requirements into system specifications and coordinateelitonse modifications with internal teams or vendors.
• Develop and Faʻtiak test plans for new systems, upgrades, and modifications; document outcomes thoroughly.
• Deliver application implementation, troubleshooting, and ongoing support
  .
• Participate in technical integrations and interface builds
  .
• Create and maintain accurate documentation, training materials, and user guides
  .
• Design and run database queries and reports using reporting tools.
• Mentor and support junior analysts, fostering team growth and knowledge sharing.
• Provide day‑to‑day operational support

• Offer on‑site support at Montefiore hospitals and affiliates as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Epic certification in Dorothy or Dorothy Revenue Cycle (Epic Home Health Billing).
  • Epic Hospital Billing certification will also be considered.
  • Epic Claims certification strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of clinical or business experience in healthcare IT.
• Proven expertise in application/system implementation, troubleshooting, testing, and support
  .
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Demonstrated project management, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
  .
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
  .
• Highly organized with strong documentation and follow‑up skills
  .
• Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with competing priorities
  .
• Must meet all requirements for Epic certification as a condition of employment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Dorothy Mobile
  .
• Dual Epic certification in Revenue Cycle and Clinical
  .
• Programming or other technical skills.
