Job Description
Shift Work:
Tue - Sat 4:00am to 12:30pm
Responsibilities- Supports desktop equipment users with hardware and software planning, problem resolution, setup, integration, testing, and installation.
- Provides technical advice, guidance, and informal training to customers using hardware and software programs.
- Performs technical, analytical, or maintenance work. Typically, knowledge is gained through a combination of formal education in a vocational or technical degree program and on-the-job training.
- Requires full proficiency in a range of technical, analytical, or scientific processes or procedures through training and considerable on-the-job experience.
- Completes a variety of atypical assignments.
- Works within defined technical processes and procedures or methodologies and may help determine the appropriate approach for new assignments.
- Works with a limited degree of supervision, with oversight focused only on complex new assignments.
- Acts as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience.

Pay Range and BenefitsBase pay ranges from $24.30/hr to $39.50/hr pay is based on several factors including but not limited to market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
