Affirmed Home Care, a leading concierge home care agency in New York, is actively seeking experienced and compassionate Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for per diem positions in Yonkers, NY and nearby Westchester communities. We offer immediate local cases, flexible scheduling, and dependable support—so you can focus on providing quality one-on-one care.

• $21.00 per hour

As a Certified Home Health Aide with Affirmed Home Care, you will provide individualized, in-home support to clients in Yonkers and surrounding Westchester communities. This per diem role is ideal for HHAs seeking flexibility, steady work, and a professional agency that values reliability and high-quality care.

• Assist clients with personal care and daily hygiene
• Provide medication reminders as directed
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Promote client safety, dignity, and independence

• Valid New York State HHA Certificate
• Minimum 1 year of HHA experience
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Driver’s license preferred — drivers are strongly encouraged to apply

• Physical exam within the past year
• PPD or Quanti
  
  FERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years
• MMR immunization within the past 10 years
