• Provide pediatric therapy services and/or evaluations to children aged birth to 21 years in natural settings.
• Educate families and caregivers on intervention strategies to facilitate active involvement and carry‑over.
• Work in diverse settings such as client homes, daycare centers, preschools, clinics, and other community settings.
• Follow the unique therapy plan established for a family/child, plan for ongoing treatment, and address identified goals while documenting progress.
• Prepare progress reports as required.
• Maintain child records and confidentiality of information regarding children and families in accordance with HIPAA, state and federal regulations. Required records must be submitted within established timelines.

• Passion for working with children and families.
• NYS Licensed Physical Therapist.
• 1‑2 years of experience working with children (birth‑5 is preferred but not necessary).
• Self‑motivated, team player, patient, and professional.
• Fluency in a language other than English is a plus.

• Must be able to travel to assigned cases, including personal vehicle, walking, or public transportation.
• Ability to ascend and descend staircases.
• Ability to lift 10 pounds regularly.
• Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, and/or crawl for extended periods of time.

Evaluations: $135.00 – $190.00/hr;
Base: $63.00 – $86.00/hr compensation will be discussed during the interview.

Yonkers, NY – Cases available throughout Westchester, Putnam, and Dutchess Counties.
