OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing ABA team. In this role, you will work one‑on‑one with children and adolescents diagnosed with autism and related developmental needs, under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). As an RBT, you will play a vital role in helping clients build communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence‑based ABA strategies.
We are looking for individuals who are patient, motivated, and passionate about making a meaningful impact while growing professionally within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a supervising BCBA
- Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy in a home setting.
- Collect accurate data on client behaviors and progress during sessions
- Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills
- Maintain timely and accurate session notes and documentation
- Collaborate with BCBAs, case coordinators, and families to ensure consistency of care
- Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience working with children in any of the following roles:
- Paraprofessional / Teacher Assistant
- Special Education Classroom Aide
- Early Childhood Educator or Preschool Teacher
- Daycare or Childcare Provider
- Camp Counselor or Youth Program Staff
- Behavioral Health Technician or Mental Health Aide
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Reliable, patient, and able to follow treatment plans with fidelity
- Ability to work independently while receiving structured supervision
- 6 months–1 year experience in ABA, behavioral health, education, or childcare
- Experience delivering in‑home services
- Familiarity with data collection and behavior tracking
- Competitive hourly pay (based on experience and certification)
