We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Behavior Analyst to provide and oversee ABA therapy services for clients in Yonkers, NY. In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop and supervise individualized behavior intervention plans, analyze data, and guide RBTs in supporting skill development in social, communication, and daily living areas across home, school, and community settings. Candidates must hold an active LBA license, have at least one year of BCBA experience, and demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Position Overview
We are seeking individuals with a minimum of one year of experience as a BCBA. Our positions are designed for individuals who are focused on delivering the highest level of ABA therapy. We do this by keeping things simple. Our RBT's have been carefully selected from a large pool of candidates. We want you focused on ABA and not on constantly training new candidates.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess the needs of clients.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client goals.
- Implement behavior intervention strategies and monitor progress through data collection.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
- Provide training and support to staff on behavior management techniques.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress.
- Conduct regular patient assessments to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Advocate for clients’ needs within various settings, ensuring access to appropriate resources.
Experience
- Board Certification and Licensed in Behavior Analysis is required.
- One year of experience working as a BCBA with children with autism.
- Proficiency in data collection methods and patient assessment techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written for effective collaboration with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
