Home and Community Based Therapist - Bilingual

Join us at Northeast Family Services! We are seeking caring and experienced Home and Community Based Therapists to join our growing New York team.

• Under the direction of the Program Director, provide services and care to patients in accordance with NFS’ policies.
• Work collaboratively with clients to help them access core strengths and realize their full potential.
• Deliver structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in the client’s home to treat behavioral health needs.
• Utilize multiple evidence-based practices that promote families’ strengths.

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Clinical Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.) in the state of NY.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting (preferred).
• Excellent time‑management skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage own schedule with client outreach.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Some afternoon and evening availability is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Non‑English language capacity, experience, and select clinical specialties receive premium.

Full‑time rates: $75,000 – $90,000 per year plus benefits.
