We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our outpatient behavioral health clinic. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday
, providing consistent access to high-quality mental health care for our patients. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), experience working in a medical office or clinical healthcare setting
, and will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy, conduct clinical assessments, and support patients in developing long-term coping strategies.

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy
  , with a strong emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments
  , diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions for anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues, and other mental-health conditions.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, neuropsychologists, nurse practitioners, and support staff to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and progress notes within the EHR.
• Monitor patient outcomes, modify treatment plans as needed, and participate in case conferences and interdisciplinary meetings.
• Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and resource connection when needed.
• Participate in internal trainings, quality-improvement efforts, and team development.

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Active LCSW license in New York State (or eligibility to obtain).
• Demonstrated experience providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is required.
• Minimum of 2+ years clinical experience in an outpatient, behavioral-health, hospital, or medical setting preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, psychotherapy, and case management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
