Key Responsibilities Act as the primary technical point of contact for customer support within the strategic account Drive internal teams to address issues and ensure effective communication between the customer and extended teams Provide troubleshooting and support as a subject matter expert in relevant technologies
Required Qualifications BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent 8+ years of experience in technical customer service or consulting with a strong understanding of SaaS technologies CCNP/JNCIA/NRS II certification is desirable
Experience with configuration and troubleshooting of networking equipment and protocols Network engineering and design experience, preferably with large telecommunications service providers
