Key Responsibilities
  • Meet, greet, and direct residents and guests with a friendly demeanor.
  • Verify and record visitor information accurately.
  • Answer calls professionally, providing directions and assistance.
  • Receive and process incoming mail/packages efficiently.
  • Monitor lobby traffic, alerting residents to guests and deliveries.
  • Maintain logbooks for visitors and contractors diligently.
Qualifications
  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Detail-oriented and professional.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and personable.
  • Basic computer and typing skills.
Schedule
  • Full-time position available.
  • Evenings (3PM-11PM)
Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive pay ranging from $17 - $19/hr.
