Our company is seeking a skilled and motivated Service Professional to join our team at Suburban Pest Control in the Westchester area. As a Service Professional, your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality customer service to clients in the Westchester area. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in the service industry is preferred.

• Responding to client inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
• Scheduling and performing service visits to client locations.
• Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on equipment.
• Maintaining accurate records of service visits and client interactions.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure that all client needs are met.
• Recommending upgrades or additional products/services to clients as needed.
• Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities.
