Yonkers Contracting Company is seeking a qualified Payroll Administrator.
Responsibilities- Data entry for weekly union payroll
- Assist in the preparation of bi-weekly non-union payroll
- Audit payroll transactions to ensure all amounts and payment dates are accurate
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly returns (941 Federal, CT 941, NJ 927, NY 45)
- Answer payroll-related questions from employees
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, human resources, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to maintain confidentiality and integrity
