• Identify and engage with new suppliers to ensure the company has access to competitive pricing, high-quality products, and reliable delivery schedules.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers and vendors to ensure favorable deals and long-term relationships.
• Oversee the purchasing process, ensuring that orders are placed timely and goods are delivered as per contractual agreements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure supply continuity and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing.
• Monitor and control procurement expenses to meet the company’s budget and savings targets.
• Ensure all procurement processes comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.

• Oversee the transportation and logistics functions, ensuring timely and cost-effective movement of goods.
• Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure adequate stock while minimizing storage and holding costs. Work closely with the procurement team to balance supply and demand.
• Supervise warehouse operations, including storage, handling, and dispatch of goods, ensuring that inventory is managed efficiently.
• Ensure timely processing and delivery of customer orders, and work with internal teams to address any challenges in order fulfillment.
• Continuously analyze and optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs, improve lead times, and increase overall efficiency.
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain and procurement performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.

• Work closely with sales, production, and finance departments to ensure alignment between procurement, inventory levels, and customer demand.
• Collaborate with the forecasting and demand planning teams to anticipate demand and adjust procurement and supply chain activities accordingly.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
• Prior experience with CIPS, CSCP is a plus.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related roles, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial position.
• Proficient in using ERP systems, procurement, and supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
