Accounts Executive

• Prepare and issue invoices, debit notes, credit notes, cash sales, and delivery orders.
• Process incoming cheques and update the Accounts Receivable (AR) aging report.
• Prepare customer Statements of Accounts.
• Handle Telegraphic Transfers (T/T), Bank Drafts, and Letters of Credit (L/C) for remittance.
• Prepare export L/C documents for bank negotiation.
• Perform data entry for invoices and receipts.
• Conduct bank reconciliations.
• Process staff claims and petty cash documentation.
• Calculate and verify sales commissions.
• Verify and confirm incoming funds with respective banks.
• Follow up with clients on overdue payments.
• Maintain proper filing of sales invoices and related documents.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualification.
• Preferable 3–4 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with Netique Accounting Software will be an added advantage.
