- Achieve sales targets by selling vehicles and associated products/add‑ons
- Manage customer expectations throughout the sales process, ensuring excellent service
- Advise clients on finance, insurance, and additional products, upselling where appropriate
- Keep up to date with the latest product knowledge to ensure that customers receive the best service
- Build and maintain a prospect list, maximising sales leads and managing prospects
- Pro‑actively generate leads and manage customers in the sales cycle
- A full driving licence, Manual and Auto
- Honesty, with high levels of integrity
- Ability to work weekends on a regular basis
- Target‑driven, customer‑focused individuals, ideally with sales experience
- Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills
- Competency in negotiating and closing sales while maintaining an excellent customer experience
- Well‑presented with a passion for delivering outstanding service
- Ability to work within defined processes and maintain accurate records
- Resiliency and results‑focused; always be open to positive feedback
