German Speaking Account Manager – DACH Territory
Location: Yeovil, South West England (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days remote)
Languages: German & English
Our client is a leading international eCommerce and specialist business equipment distributor
, currently seeking a German-speaking Sales Manager to expand and develop business relationships across the DACH region
. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful, global organisation and manage their full sales programme in the territory.
As the German Speaking Account Manager for the DACH market, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and expanding business accounts
- Driving new sales opportunities
- Providing outstanding service to existing customers
- Grow and develop existing business accounts to meet/exceed sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the DACH territory
- Promote new product ranges and marketing initiatives to support growth
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships with a focus on service excellence
- Deliver consistent, professional communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Manage assigned accounts to drive commercial growth and increase repeat business
- Monitor account performance and ensure continuous improvement
- Fluent in German & English (spoken and written)
- Proven sales or customer service experience, ideally in outbound roles
- Strong track record of working to targets and KPIs
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel
, and able to learn new systems - Highly organised, with strong time management skills
- Motivated, positive, and customer-focused
- Base Salary: £26,523 per year
- Bonus Scheme + Commission Pay
